Dear Valued Client,
AZHG has been honored to develop and host your website for several years. Effective immediately, we will be retiring our web hosting services.
After thorough research and careful evaluation of several professional web development firms, we are pleased to announce our partnership with Web Design Mechanic, a talented and highly skilled web design and hosting company. Of course, you are free to choose any hosting provider that best meets your needs.
If you decide to move your website to Web Design Mechanic, we will work directly with Simon Williams to handle the entire transition at no charge to you. Simon’s contact info is (708-395-7436) and email simonwilliams@webdesignmechanic.com
This includes:
- Transfer of your hosting package, domain, and all website files
- Fresh installation of WordPress
- Migration of all your existing plugins, ensuring they all work
Please note that most other hosting companies we reviewed quoted over $200 for this service. Web Design Mechanic includes this comprehensive migration with your new annual hosting package.
Pricing Comparison:
- You have been paying AZHG $12 per month — a rate that was no longer sustainable.
- Our rates were scheduled to increase to $30 per month this year to cover rising costs.
- Web Design Mechanic offers competitive pricing: $21 per month for static websites and $33 per month for e-commerce sites.
Note: Just as with AZHG, Web Design Mechanic hosting packages are billed annually. - They will also renew your domain for just $15 per year.
If you prefer to use a different hosting provider, we will gladly provide you with your site files and unlock code. In that case, you may engage us or another professional to reinstall WordPress and upload your files (typically $150–$200). If you are comfortable handling the migration yourself, we will simply provide your files for you.
We strongly recommend completing your hosting transition within 60 days of your current AZHG hosting package expiration date. Please be aware that if no action is taken, your website may go offline and you risk losing control of your domain. We will send several reminders, but we encourage you not to delay.
Web Design Mechanic is also available for ongoing website edits and further development on a per-request basis. Their rates are comparable to those we have offered in the past.
Should you have any questions or need assistance during this transition, please do not hesitate to contact us. We remain committed to making this process as smooth and seamless as possible.
Thank you for your continued trust and partnership over the years. We truly appreciate your business.
Best regards,
Leah Corbett, President, AZHG
