USPS Failure

Due to unprecedented failure of the United States Postal Service in delivering and/or locating packages, AZ House of Graphix will be converting to UPS until further notice.

Beginning on February 10th of 2025, the USPS has systematically lost (or delayed beyond 30 days) 28% of our shipments. We have been in constant contact with their offices in Arizona, and referred up the management chain with many promises, yet absolutely no resolution.

We are not alone. Complaints are mounting up all across the United States. As an Amazon Seller, there are complaints in the forums from other sellers are in the thousands just this year. Since March 14th of this year, USPS has had a Service alert noting issues with 12 states, most of which are hubs where packages are sent and sorted. I’ve been told they are so backed up, they have nowhere to store packages, so they keep them in trucks until they can catch up, which puts even more trucks out of commission, slowing down the entire delivery chain for months. This is unacceptable as it directly impacts our customer base who we work tirelessly to earn their trust. And we care deeply about their satisfaction and our reputation of integrity.

In January of 2025, UPS severed ties with USPS “SurePost”. I’m guessing as a result of consistent losses as well, but my UPS rep didn’t give a reason.

We have updated our account with UPS and will be converting to UPS and avail ourselves of other avenues, such as Amazon Prime, DHL, Fedex, etc. as needed. Please advise us at time of ordering if you have a preference. Some types of packages may have a slight increase in shipping cost.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe the mitigation of time lost, stress, and missed deadlines will greatly outweigh the slight increase in shipping cost.

We apologize if you currently have a package lost in transit. Please email us and we will take care of your order swiftly. Please include order number, store name and tracking, and a phone number if you’d like us to call you.

Thank you for your continued understanding and support.
