Customer Supplied Policy

In addition to printing on shirts, stickers, papers, and other items that we supply, we are able to attempt printing on items that you supply. We do not recommend doing this unless you’re sure you need to. Printing is finicky, and never sure to work well until it’s tested. We are able to guarantee results when using our own items because we select items designed to be printed on, test them, and handle them with printing in mind. We do not guarantee our printing on items you supply, and offer this service to you at your own risk.

In the event that printing on items you supply fails or turns out poorly, we do not reimburse lost items, nor refund printing work already performed even with unusable results, nor refund associated design work. Ideally, issues are caught early in the printing process, in which event we stop printing, return your unused items, and refund you for the portion of the printing work that was not performed. However, it is important to note that we do not guarantee we will catch issues early, and both your items and your payment may be fully lost. Some quality issues are obvious, but some are hard to catch, like reduced sharpness, discoloration, or reduced durability.

The following are known not to work, and printing will not be attempted:

  • Anything made of silk, leather, or recycled plastic
  • Anything dusty, dirty or recently painted
  • Fabric with a stain resistant coating
  • Fabric that has been washed with fabric softener
  • Paper that’s highly textured or handmade
  • Paper that has been stored in a humid place

If you accept the risks, you can purchase this service by selecting a printing service and pairing it with a “Customer Supplied” product.
