AZHG is Moving to an Online-Only Platform

What is happening, and when?

Effective April 30, 2024, AZ House of Graphics will be moving to an online platform only. Our commercial location will be closing. We still offer all the same products and design services via online ordering at our website, or email or phone! If you don’t see what you need on our website, chances are, we can make it happen for you anyhow, simply contact us. ๐Ÿ™‚

Why is this happening?

Our landlord has recently informed us that he is selling our building. Prior to this news we were discussing a move, and the building being sold was the final push. Financial pressure began with the economic breakdown during Covid-19, and worsened due to inflation, supply chain issues, rising shipping costs, etc. Since 2021, even after raising prices across the board, our operating costs have increased too much. Rather than continue to increase prices and create hardship for, or lose, our customers, whom we value and truly love serving, we chose to cut out our overhead related to commercial space.  This frees up revenue and time to focus on getting work out faster, and adding more services over time. (Next on the agenda is laser cut business cards. They are very cool, I can’t wait to show you!)

I’m on board!  But, how does this work, and how will I get my orders?

First, let me say thank you for staying with us! 
Our online ordering process is easy and has many benefits:

  • You can order and reorder with a few clicks.
    (Works on phone and computer!)
  • You can still reach us many ways to ask questions, or discuss ideas, timing, pricing, marketing, etc.

  • You can track your order online, 24/7, 365.
  • Orders will be shipped via major carrier or delivered via courier directly to you.

I’m not sure what paper/apparel stock I want, can I see samples?

Absolutely! We know you want to see and feel the stock before you buy! So we have sample packs free upon request.
There are a few sample packs to choose from, click here to order – they are FREE to existing customers! (SAMPLES COMING SOON!)

Once you get your samples, you can order with confidence, or contact us to discuss best options, timing and pros and cons of each material, to ensure you get exactly what you want. We’re here for you, we know our stuff, and we’re always happy to help.

What if I need to drop off my own materials for printing?

We have convenient options for customer supplied materials!
1. Contact us to schedule a pickup, at your office or elsewhere.
2. Drop of at our partner location. (see below)
3. Ship to our partner. Email us for the address after you place the order.

What if I prefer in-person service?

In-person service is still an option!
We realize some of our customers still prefer a face-to-face visit with friendly, professional and talented folks like us, so we are proud to recommend local shop owners that we trust and have done business with for years!

Graphic Design & Printing:
Our good friend and fellow print-shop Owner, Gary Kojo of Insty-Prints. His shop is just around the corner, and he has the same print and design capabilities that we do, and offers great attention to detail and competitive pricing. Lit Signs and Vehicle Graphics:
Sign-A-Rama. 520-887-9703. Ask for Debbie or Doug. They are fantastic folks who do our lit signs and more. They are just around the corner at Prince & Fairview.

If youโ€™d like to transfer your work to any of our partners above, itโ€™s easy, just send me an email with your request and I will make your files available to them, and explain your job details, so nothing gets lost in the translation. 

Alternatively, you may opt to collect your files and find a new printshop. We hope you’ll stay with us, but if not, we wish you all the best and we appreciate your support all these years. Please email us with your full name and name of business, and we’ll send you a link to your files, with instructions on how to download them. 

What if I want to pay with cash?
