Arizona House of Graphix will be moving to online only, effective December 1st, 2023. The lobby and commercial location will be closing. Currently, most new orders are input into the website for processing, and by December 1st, all orders will be input via our website. If you don’t see what you need at azhouseofgraphics.com, please contact us – we’re available by phone, chat, email, and many other ways (see below). We still offer the same great products and services, the only difference is the in-person face-to-face factor.
Why is this happening?
To be blunt, it started with the economic breakdown during Covid-19, and worsened due to inflation, supply chain issues, rising shipping costs, etc. Since 2021, even after raising prices across the board, our operating costs have exceeded our profit. Rather than continue to increase prices and create hardship for, or lose our customers, we chose to cut out our overhead related to commercial space.
I’m on board! But, how does this work, and how will I get my orders?
First, let me say Thank you for staying with us! Our online ordering process is easy and has many benefits:
- You can order and reorder with a few clicks.
- You can still reach us many ways (see below) to ask questions, discuss ideas, timing, pricing, etc.
- You can track your order online, 24/7, 365.
- You get email alerts when your order is designed, being printed, and shipped.
Orders will be shipped or delivered directly to you. Shipping is free on business cards*, and most orders over $60**, so you can enjoy the convenience of your products being delivered to your door. (*Magnetic and metal cards still incur shipping fees.) (**Apparel incurs shipping fees due to bulk size, however, our prices are fiercely competitive, so even with shipping, you’ll get a great deal!)
I’m not sure what stock I want, can I see samples?
Samples? Yes, we have sample packs free upon request. There are a few sample packs to choose from, click here to order. You can call or chat us upon receipt to discuss best options and dial in exactly what you want. We’re here for you, and happy to help.
What if I prefer in-person service? Or, if I need to drop off my own materials for printing?
We realize some of our customers still prefer a face-to-face visit with friendly, professional and talented folks like us, so we have partnered with our very good friend, and fellow print-shop Owner, Gary Kojo of Insty-Prints. His shop is just around the corner, and he has the same print and design capabilities that we do, and offers great attention to detail and competitive pricing. Gary has been in printing for over 35 years. He and his Graphic Artist, Jennifer will take care of your design needs with the same friendly professionalism as you’ve enjoyed from AZHG’s staff. If you’d like to transfer your work to Insty-Prints, it’s easy, just send me an email with your request and I will make your files available to Gary, and explain your job details to him, so nothing gets lost in the translation. You may also drop off shirts for printing at this location, and we will process them as we normally do.
Alternatively, you may opt to collect your files and find a new printshop. We hope you’ll stay with us, but if not, we wish you all the best and we appreciate your support all these years.
